The following policies are accepted by you if you place an order with us:
Once payment has been made, neither changes nor cancellations are permitted.
We will send with a tracking number using services like Thailand Post, DHL, UPS, Aramex, etc. Regardless of the delivery service, we have the right to make the ultimate decision. You might receive the tracking number via email after shipping (be sure to check your spam folder, too).
The recipients should always check the tracking status; if there hasn’t been a change in a while, please get in touch with your local delivery provider to talk about other choices.
The time required for customs clearance is not included in the expected arrival date. Some nations may require several months.

Make sure your mailing address is accurate and includes a working zip code in English. If you supply inaccurate information, we won’t ship.

All shipping costs are non-refundable and the purchasers are responsible for paying them.
The price of the item(s) or the cost of shipping do not include import tariffs, taxes, or other fees. The purchaser is liable for these fees. The customers will ultimately not receive any refund if they decline to pay that in the destination country.

Every foreign shipment needs to be approved by customs in the country of destination. The recipients must create the import license or paperwork on their own if the import restriction applies. For instance, certain nations will not let the import of certain commodities. Customs may require further documentation or destroy the item(s) if they conduct a random inspection and discover any illegal substances. Because the items have already been dispatched, the clients are unable to request a refund in this situation. Consequently, BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER, PLEASE CHECK YOUR CUSTOMS REGULATIONS!

– We do not issue refunds for returned goods.
